PortfolioVue is an observability and education tool. It does not execute trades or provide regulated investment advice. Nothing here is an offer of securities.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for credentials and notifying us promptly of unauthorised use.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse APIs, circumvent controls, scrape beyond permitted rate limits, interfere with uptime of others.

5. Limitation

To the fullest extent lawful: no indirect losses; capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months where applicable.

6. Law

England and Wales courts with UK consumer protections respected.
